Yoga class

This gentle yoga class gives new and experienced people how to stretch, relax, breathe and release stress properly. Some aerobics are
incorporated into the routines, which are carried out while lying down, sitting, and standing. Instructor Sandy Andrews was trained in England as a yoga instructor.
       CLASSES ARE HELD:

     TUESDAYS  1:30 pm - 3:00 pm    
                    OR
     THURSDAYS 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm
